The Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
The Welcome Reception is included in all registration fees.
Accompanying persons may purchase a single ticket or the Accompanying person package which includes Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Daily Coffee Breaks and Lunches.

Tour & Conference Dinner

Friday, November 4
Departure Time: 19:00 (meet at the Lobby of St. Raphael Resort – Venue)
The Conference dinner is being held on the evening of Friday 4th November in Siambelos Traditional Restaurant, a traditional Greek Cypriot tavern on the hillside above Limassol. We will travel there by coach departing at 19.00 from St Raphael; on the return journey the coach will stop at each of the conference hotels. On arrival, there will be a welcome drink on the terrace which overlooks the city and out to sea. The dishes are those typical of Greek / Eastern Mediterranean cuisine and include a number that are specifically Cypriot. Arrangements will be made to ensure that dietary needs are catered for. Cyprus wine will accompany the meal. We will be entertained with traditional music and a display of traditional Cypriot dances which will be followed with dancing for all guests. Dress code is smart/casual: and remember to choose shoes that will permit dancing!
