15% discount for all conference participants on available airfares at the time of booking

For the participants who will be travelling to Cyprus for the conference, "Cyprus Airways" will offer 15% discount on all published applicable fares to all persons attending the conference.

The discount will be applicable only on the fare and not on any Airport/Security and any other applicable taxes/surcharges which must be paid in full when issuing the ticket.

The transportation of the passengers is subject to seat availability on Cyprus Airways direct flights and aircrafts at the time of firm reservations.

The reservations/issuance and payments of tickets must be made directly to the Cyprus Airways Offices by the conference participants, based on the dates of the conference.

The delegates may visit Cyprus Airways website "www.cyprusairways.com" to check flight availability and obtain the contact addresses and telephone numbers of the respective Cyprus Airways Worldwide Reservation Offices.

In order for a conference participant to make a booking, he/she should call the nearest “Cyprus Airways” office, mention that he/she will be participating at Ethe conference, and the Cyprus Airways staff will immediately apply the discount, make the reservation and issue an e-ticket.
