Scientists and engineers working in the above areas are invited to submit an abstract of about 300 words in English. The abstract should state clearly the purpose, procedure, results and conclusions
of the full paper. Authors will be notified of preliminary acceptance with one month following the submission deadline.
A number of eminent scientists in selected areas will be invited to present key‐note lectures and invited papers.
The official language of the Congress is English.

Scientists and engineers working in the above areas are invited to submit an abstract of about 300 words in English. The abstract should state clearly the purpose, procedure, results and conclusionsof the full paper. Authors will be notified of preliminary acceptance with one month following the submission deadline.
The final acceptance will be done on the basis of the full‐length paper, which has to be written in English, after review by two experts, according to the regulations for publication of papers in well‐known international journals.
