Limassol - Larnaca Tour

Full Day Excursion

The tour will begin from Limassol. Interested parties will be picked up from St. Raphael Hotel (Venue).

Our first stop will be the Anoyrkatiko Dairy Farm, makers of yogurt, halloumi cheese, anari (soft goat cheese) and goat’s milk from their own animals. Anoyrkatiko, a part of the Stalies Farm, is located at the Anogyra village, an ideal Cyprus agro tourism destination. Anogyra is a small picturesque traditional Cyprus village, halfway between the major towns of Limassol and Paphos. One of the village’s most striking features is its architecture, with stone built houses and cobbled streets.

Our next stop will be the Antoniades Family Farm; established in 1929. The farm is located to the south of the island, near the village of Pissouri, in a low-hill area. The farm’s main business activities include breeding and exportation of Cyprus Shami Goats, and project consultancy for commercial farms.

After our visit to the Antoniades Family Farm, we will rest for ‘meze lunch’ at a traditional family run tavern. Our final stop will be the Golden Donkeys farm; run by the Georgiades family and set across nine acres of countryside in the Larnaca village of Skarinou. The farm is home to around 100 donkeys ranging from newborns to ‘pensioners’ (50 years old), and takes in stray/abandoned donkeys, offering them a safe haven.
