Welcome reception
The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, 21st of May
Time: 19:00
Location: Royal Apollonia Hotel - Venue (By the pool)
Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
The Welcome Reception is included in all registration fees. Tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at the Registration/ Support Desk.
Tour and Muhlhaus Gala Banquet (Conference Dinner)
The Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday, 23rd of May
Departure Time: 18:45 (meet at the Lobby of Royal Apollonia Hotel - Venue)
Location: Local Tavern
We will get together at the Royal Apollonia Hotel lobby (venue hotel), from where we will promptly depart
in air-conditioned coaches for a city tour. An experienced professional guide will tell us about the history of Cyprus and Limassol town in particular.
We will then proceed to a local restaurant where the conference dinner will take place. It is a traditional tavern, serving excellent dishes of Cypriot cuisine. Desserts, local wines and drinks will harmoniously complete the rich menu. The event can be definitely be as an opportunity to meet and get to know better fellow deligates in a different yet relaexd enviroment.
The Conference Dinner is included in all registration fees. Tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at the Registration/ Support Desk.
