We, at Easy Conferences, have been following on a 24/7 basis the situation created by the Covid-19 outbreak since the end of January. As the World Health Organization recently declared this a global pandemic, with international travel restrictions being put in place as well as travelers’ quarantines being imposed all over the world, we are forced to review all the events we are organizing, with the safety of our participants and our communities first.
Our aim has always been the organisation of productive, pleasant and safe conferences and in view of this pandemic we are forced to revisit our plans for all our upcoming. We are in continuous contact with the organizing chairs and committees and we jointly decide on the future of the upcoming conferences. Our top priority is always the safety of our participants, their families and all our communities, but at the same time we keep in mind the financial cost that participants need to bear in order to participate in an international conference. For this reason, any changes that are decided for each conference have the participants’ safety and relative financial cost in mind.
Each conference is an individual event and thus we urge you to follow developments through the individual conference’s website, where relative news will be communicated to that conference’s participants.  Those who have already registered, will be receiving emails with significant developments, so please keep an eye in your inbox as well.
