Abstract Submission
Submissions of Abstracts (based on the abstract acceptance) should be made through the online abstract uploading area up to Febuary 15, 2014. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words in length. The full abstract will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee and the result of this review will be communicated to you on March 1st, 2014.
Abstract Important Dates
- November 15, 2013: Call of abstracts
- February 15, 2014: Deadline for abstracts
- March 1 , 2014: Notification of acceptance
- March 1, 2014: Registration opens
- June 18-20: EWIC 2014

After the submission, the authors will be notified if revisions are required. At least one author of each abstract must register for the Conference and pay the appropriate fee before an accepted abstract will be released for publication in the Conference Proceedings and scheduled for presentation during a session.
