The recent years have witnessed an explosion of research activities in the area of resistive switching elements, also known as memristors. Such elements are likely to provide: the next generation of memories (RAM, Flash and Disk), material implication logic, a hardware substrate for bioinspired processing and new dimensions for analog circuit design, suitable for solving complex real world problems. This conference is the premier forum where researchers can present results and innovative solutions for memristor fabrication, modelling and for circuit and system design that takes advantage of these promising devices.
