Welcome


The overall objective of the Symposium is to provide a renewed vision of knowledge on husbandry and milk production, technology, chemistry, physics, microbiology and nutrition and to highlight the significance of markets and appropriate policies as they have evolved since 2011. The event is addressed to scientists and other professionals involved in the sheep's, goat's and other non-cow's dairy sectors including milk producers, dairy processing industry, trade associations, academia, research institutes, and governments. The Symposium will be a platform for exchange of knowledge and information among international experts in the field.

In Memory Of


It is with great regret that we have to announce that Prof. L. Louloudis has recently passed away after a short but brave battle for his life. He will be greatly missed by family and colleagues. May he rest in peace.
